Terms of service

By using CloakiVPN you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law or to attack, disrupt, or abuse others or their systems. We may suspend access that does so. Because we keep no activity logs, enforcement is limited to what is reported to us with evidence.

Accounts

Your account number is your credential. Keep it safe — anyone with it can use your time, and we cannot recover a lost number.

Prepaid time

Time is prepaid and non-recurring; access ends when it expires. Refunds are handled at our discretion and as required by law within the dispute window.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranty. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the current version.
