How payment works, and what it does and doesn't hide
You buy time from your account page, then pay on pay.cloakivpn.net, a separate page whose card fields belong to Stripe. Stripe sees your card; we never do, and we don't store it. We hand Stripe a single-use random reference rather than your account number, and delete it once the payment is credited.
What a card cannot hide: Stripe and your bank know who you are. Our refund record links a payment to an account for 180 days, then it is deleted. We do not yet accept cash or cryptocurrency, so we cannot offer payment that is unlinkable by design — the full detail is in our privacy policy. Already have an account? Sign in to add time.
