FAQ
Do you keep logs?
No activity logs — no source IPs, destinations, or DNS queries, and no record of which location you use. Relay logs live in memory and vanish on reboot. See the privacy policy.
How anonymous is it, really?
Signup needs no email or password — just a random number we store as a hash. We never learn your name, your email, or what you do online.
The honest limit is payment. If you pay by card, Stripe and your bank know who you are. We hand Stripe only a single-use random reference and delete it once your payment goes through, and our refund record is deleted after 180 days — but for those 180 days, someone with both our records and Stripe's could tie a payment to an account. We do not yet accept cash or cryptocurrency, so we cannot offer payment that is unlinkable by design. See Privacy.
Which protocol do you use?
WireGuard, exclusively. It's fast, modern, and small enough to audit.
How many devices can I use?
Up to five. Each gets its own key, generated in your browser.
Where are my keys?
Private keys are created on your device and never sent to us. We only ever see public keys. Lost a config? Re-key that device from your account with New config.
Do you have apps?
Native iOS and macOS apps are coming. Today you connect with the official WireGuard app and a config from your account — see the setup guides.
Can I get a refund?
Reach out within the dispute window; refunds are handled case by case and remove the granted time.
